Crimsonvillea™ Grevillea is a denser more compact plant with the most prolific flowers
Many grevillea rosmarinafolia types have washed out yellow foliage even in good conditions, and quickly become un tidy.
Crimson Villea™ Grevillea on the other hand not only has much greener foliage, but it is more branching, making it a tighter, denser more compact plant, but best of all, the Crimson Villea™ plant has the best most prolific flowers.
A yearly prune will keep this mass flowering plant tidy. One of the great things about Crimson Villea™ Grevillea rosmarinafolia is not only does it flower in Spring, it also flowers in winter and winter flowering plants are hard to find.
Do not use this plant in tropical and sub tropical regions. It’s best for temperate or hot dry climates.
It averages about 60cm or two feet high, and is very heat and frost tolerant compared to many other Grevillea types. I find I get best results with this plant if I fertilise once per year with a 8 to 9 month slow release fertiliser.
