Blue Gem™ - Native Shrubs and Groundcovers Range

Description

Blue Gem’s masses of amazing vivid blue/purple flowers look almost fluorescent, flowering profusely in spring and regularly at other times of the year.

It’s attractive bushy growth responds well to being pruned. Unpruned, it can reach 1.5m high x 1.3m wide and can be pruned down to 1m high x 80cm wide.

Uses

Great as a feature shrub or in mass plantings. Well suited to native flower gardens.

Position

Blue Gem™ requires full sun to part shade. It’s a heat, humidity and highly frost tolerant shrub. Suited to most soil types.

Care

Prune to the shape you want once or twice a year, as required or after flowering. Water it well until it is established.
